WELCOME TO ALL RETURNING AND NEW TEAMS TO THE 3rd ANNUAL HAROLD GRANT HOCKEY TOURNAMENT!
REGISTRATION CLOSES AT MIDNIGHT ON APRIL 10, 2026
All teams are to have an assigned Captain or Manager that will be the person responsible for contact with the tournament organizers. All teams registration cost of $800 per team is to be paid in full in one payment by April 10th, 2026. Included in your registration package you will need to include the registration form filled out (one per team), as well as a filled out waiver PER PLAYER, including AP’s (alternate-players) and Coaches. The waiver attachment is found under the registration form below. There is a strict rule to have all waivers submitted by APRIL 10th. NO WAIVERS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE ARENA. All waivers for minors are to be signed by a parent or guardian. Adult players 18 years or older may sign the waiver themselves. Registration dues are accepted by e-transfer to haroldgranthockey@outlook.com. ***Be sure to say your Team Name in the notes section of your e-transfer***
All teams are expected to read the rules and regulations prior to entering the tournament. This is strictly a non-contact tournament.

2) Email signed waiver for each player, Coach and AP on the team (AP’s are to be of age of division they are entered in- they are not allowed to be registered on any other team in the HGT- as a regular or an alternate player)

4) When making password for e-transfer, in all lower case, write: harold
