WELCOME TO ALL RETURNING AND NEW TEAMS TO THE 3rd ANNUAL HAROLD GRANT HOCKEY TOURNAMENT!
All teams are to have an assigned Captain or Manager that will be the person responsible for contact with the tournament organizers. All teams registration cost of $800 per team are to be paid in full by March 25, 2026. Included in your registration package you will need to include the registration form filled out (one per team), as well as a filled out waiver PER PLAYER, including AP’s (alternate-players). The waiver attachment is found under the registration form below. There is a strict rule to have all waivers submitted by 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO TOURNAMENT. NO WAIVERS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE ARENA. Your Captain/Manager will email all signed waivers to our email: haroldgranthockey@outlook.com All waivers for minors are to be signed by a parent or guardian. Adult players 18 years or older may sign the waiver themselves. Registration dues are accepted by e-transfer to haroldgranthockey@outlook.com. ***Be sure to say your Team Name in the notes section of your e-transfer*** All teams are expected to read the rules and regulations prior to entering the tournament. This is strictly a non-contact tournament.
